Which Essences are right for you?
When you first begin reading the essence descriptions, it may seem as if they all apply to you. That is why the questionnaire is so useful. It helps select the essence or formula that will help the most, right now. Responses should be given to the questions that you feel strongly apply to you at this moment. If answering "Yes" to two or more reference against a specific essence then that will almost certainly be considered for your custom formula. You should try, however, to limit your combination of "Yes" answers a maximum of 6 or 7 different essences.

How to take the Bach Flower Remedies

Add 2 drops of your chosen essence (or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy) to any beverage and sip at intervals. Repeat as neccesary until the desired affect is achieved.

With combined essences in a personal custom fomula, take 4 drops of the mixture at least 4 times a day.

The Bach Flower Remedies can also be taken by placing 2 drops directly on the tongue; or rubbing onto the lips, behind the ears, on the temples, or wrists.
